PINOSO SPORTSHOES, S.L. intends to guarantee the availability of all the products that are advertised through [WEBSITE]. However, in the event that any requested product is not available or if it has been sold out, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, PINOSO SPORTSHOES, S.L. may supply a product with similar characteristics without an increase in price, in which case, the consumer may accept it or reject it by exercising their right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.

The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the requested good or product to inform PINOSO SPORTSHOES, S.L. of their wish to withdraw from the contract.

Withdrawal implies that PINOSO SPORTSHOES, S.L. will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for their payment (provided that the purchased product is not within the exceptions indicated above).

GUARANTEE

The products acquired through www.pinosos.es enjoy a warranty period of 1 year from the moment of their acquisition, which cover possible manufacturing defects of the product, as well as any breakdown that occurs during said period.

Consumable products, deficiencies caused by improper use or handling, connection to a power supply different from the one indicated, incorrect installation or defects derived from any external cause are excluded from the guarantees.

For durable products, the consumer will have the right to an adequate technical service and the existence of spare parts for a minimum of 5 years from the date the product is no longer manufactured, without the price of the spare parts being increased when applied in repairs.

RESPONSIBILITY AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
