Returns and exchanges

You have a period of 15 days from receipt of the same, for exchange or return of any item.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn (in perfect condition) and within the deadline, in our warehouse. Please wrap the package so that the original box does not receive labels or transport seals.
The return will be at your own expense, i.e. always at the customer’s expense (packaging, shipping, transport agency, etc.).
For such return or exchange (size, color and / or model) please contact the CUSTOMER SERVICE department.

Once we receive the package we will proceed to its REFUND. As long as the merchandise is in perfect condition, in a few days you will receive the amount of your order in the same form of payment that you made the purchase.
Defects caused by misuse are not covered by warranty.

Changes

Once we receive the package, we will proceed to the SECOND SHIPMENT, in which you will have previously informed us which is the change you want to make (size, color and/or model), this shipment will be FREE.

If you wish to make further changes, shipping and handling will always be at your expense.
